Megaperse Dyes are selected disperse dyes for dyeing PES fibres and their component in fibre blends. Some of these dyes are also suitable for other man-made fibres.

Megaperse Dyes are distinguished by the following technical properties:

  • excellent dispersion stability
  • very good tone-in-tone bath exhaustion of ternary combination
  • high bath exhaustion
  • very good buildup
  • rapid, perfect diffusion
  • low dependence on time and temperature during fixation phase.
The combination of all these properties leads to an increase in productivity due to
  • higher operational reliability (reproducibility from batch to batch)
  • a reduction or omission of reduction clearing operations.

  • The additional applications are:
  • thermosol dyeing
  • continuous dyeing of PES slubbing
  • textile printing
    • Levelling dyes with limited sublimation fastness.
    • Applications
      - carrier and HT dyeing of set polyester material and the polyester component of blends.
      - texturized polyester material
      - goods of polyester filament with a tendency to barriness dyeing
      - printing with steam fixation

    • Supplementary elements to the other groups, not quite so fast to sublimation as the S brands.
    • Applications:
      - suitable for all the applications outlined above with certain limitations.
