Management or equivalent.
- Must
be familiar with letter of credit
(L/C), Import and Export procedures
and documentation.

and excellent negotiation skills

Good Sourcing skills.
- Develop
effective and reliable sources of
supplies.
- Maintain
good relationships with suppliers.
- Liaise
with F&A Department with generation
of stock reports.
- Perform
the full spectrum of buying function
such as planning forecasts, organizes,
directs and controls company purchases.
- Work
closely with stock control and production
planning areas
- To
liaise with vendor in situations
where there are quantity discrepancy,
price differences and quality issues.
- Prepare month end purchasing/inventory
reports and any other adhoc reports
required

| Responsibilities

Responsible for the formulation
and execution of effective sales
forecast plans and action plans
to achieve sales and performance
targets.
- Negotiation and conclusion of
contracts/orders with customers.
Ensuring execution of contracts/order
in a timely manner.
- To analyse the internal and external
business environments and feedback
suggestions in order to implement
appropriate sales and marketing
strategies.
- Responsible for the collection
of sales accounts receivables.
- Development of new markets/marketing
areas.
- Responsible for establishing good
relationships with customers. Plan,
Execute and Analyse Routine Visit
to customers. Gather feedback from
client on service rendered.
- Work closely with Lab to explore
new technologies and innovative
products for customers and market.
- Conduct presentation to clients
on the company’s products
and services.
- Maintaining proper and updated
customer profiles, competitor information
customer-products, product-customers
records, continuous market survey
for technical support.
- Willing to adapt to various working
environments and be prepared to
travel when called upon.
